01The service

Vyzer is a social network with customizable profiles, a feed, communities (hubs), chats, voice rooms, minigames, a virtual item store and a gifting system. It runs as an Android app and in the browser.

Vyzer is free. Some optional things, such as virtual currency and the VIP plan, are paid.

02Who can use it

• You must be 16 or older. If you are under 18, you need your legal guardian's permission to use the service and, especially, to make purchases.
• You may not use Vyzer if you have been permanently banned.
• A person may have more than one account, within the per-device account limit the app enforces. Accounts created to bypass limits, manipulate rankings or evade penalties are prohibited.

03Your account

• Use a real email address that belongs to you. It is how you recover access.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share your password.
• Selling, buying, renting or transferring accounts or usernames outside the features the app itself offers is not allowed.
• If you notice unauthorized access, change your password and tell us at suporte@vyzerapp.com.

04What you publish

The content you publish remains yours. For the service to work, you grant Vyzer a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, adapt the format of and distribute that content within Vyzer and on Vyzer's own official promotional channels. The license ends when you delete the content or the account, except for what other people have already received, such as messages.

You guarantee that you have the right to publish what you publish, and that the content does not violate other people's rights or the law.

05Rules of conduct

What is and isn't allowed is set out in the Community Guidelines. In short: no sexual content involving minors, nudity, harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, fake accounts or ranking manipulation. Breaking the guidelines may lead to content removal, account restrictions and bans.

06Moderation

Vyzer uses automated analysis and a moderation team to enforce the rules. Content may be refused before publishing, removed afterwards or held for review. Hubs and voice rooms also have their own moderators, chosen by whoever created them, who can remove people and content from that space.

07Virtual currency, items and VIP

• Bits and Volts are virtual currencies that are only valid inside Vyzer. They are not money, earn no interest, cannot be withdrawn or converted into money, and cannot be sold outside the app.
• Virtual items (frames, cases, chat bubbles, effects, gifts and others) are a personal-use license inside Vyzer. They are not property outside the service.
• Purchases are processed by the app store or by the payment processor shown at checkout. Prices and bundles may change.
• VIP is a prepaid, fixed-term benefit. It does not renew automatically.
• Refunds: purchases of digital content delivered immediately are not refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise. For purchases made through Google Play, Google's refund policy also applies. If something you paid for was not delivered, write to suporte@vyzerapp.com and we will sort it out.
• Gifts, sales, resales and auctions between users are final once completed. Check before you confirm.
• Currency and items obtained through fraud, exploited bugs, improper chargebacks or rule violations may be removed, and the account may be penalized.
• If your account is closed by you or for a serious rule violation, currency and items are lost, without compensation.

08Creators

Anyone who publishes items in the store as a creator guarantees that the artwork is their own or that they hold the rights to use it. Items that infringe third-party rights or the guidelines are removed. Sales between users are made in virtual currency, and Vyzer may keep a fee in virtual currency on them, as shown in the app.

09What belongs to Vyzer

The name, brand, app, design, code and official items belong to Vyzer and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, build unauthorized bots or clients, or collect data from the service by automated means.

10Availability and changes

Vyzer is under constant development. Features may change, be limited or be taken down. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may update itself automatically to fix problems and receive improvements.

11Termination

• By you: you can delete your account whenever you want. See how in Delete account.
• By Vyzer: we may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines, or when the law requires it. In serious cases, without prior notice.

12Liability

Content published by users is the responsibility of whoever published it. Vyzer does not endorse that content and is not liable for deals, trades or arrangements made between users outside the app's features.

Nothing in these terms removes rights the law guarantees you as a consumer, in particular under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user's place of residence, when the user is a consumer.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is relevant, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vyzer after that means you accept the new version.
