Delete your Vyzer account.
You can delete your account and your data at any time, from the app or from the browser, without contacting anyone. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
- 01Open Vyzer and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 02Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- 03Read the warning, then type your @ and your password to confirm.
- 04Done. The account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
From the browser, without the app
- 01Open Vyzer in the browser and sign in with your email and password.
- 02Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- 03Confirm with your @ and your password.
Can't sign in to the account?
Write to the address below from the email registered on the account, with the subject "Delete account" and your @. We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 15 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password) and your username
- Profile: picture, cover, bio, tags, links and settings
- Posts, drops, comments and guestbook notes you wrote
- Photos, videos and audio you uploaded
- Followers, who you follow, likes and blocks
- Inventory, currency (Bits and Volts), VIP and items for sale
- Hubs and voice rooms of which you are the sole owner
- Your device's notification tokens
What is kept, and for how long
- Messages you sent to other people stay in their history, without your name ("removed user").
- Access logs (IP, date and time): 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework.
- Purchase and transaction records: up to 5 years, unlinked from the deleted profile, for tax obligations and fraud prevention.
- Ban and security records: up to 6 months, so that a banned account cannot come back.
- Backups: overwritten within 30 days.
Before you confirm
- Deletion cannot be undone. There is no grace period.
- Currency, items and VIP are lost, with no refund.
- Your @ stays reserved: nobody else can use it.
- If you just want a break, you can set your profile to private and turn notifications off.
